Factory Second units are sold with a 1-year manufacture warranty from the date of purchase. This WOLF product warranty covers all parts and labor to repair orreplace, under normal residential use, any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.
All service provided by WOLF under the above warranty must be performed by WOLF factory certified service, unless otherwise specified by WOLF, Inc.
Service will be provided during normal business hours.
There is no warranty coverage for cosmetic defects.
Factory Seconds products do receive an extra year of warranty when installed by Factor Certified Installation (FCI).
